Inclusive movement supporting real bodies & nervous systems
This space brings together trauma aware, inclusive movement and training created via Kronik Warrior UK and The Inclusive Edit.
Here you will find adapted strength training, cardio, boxfit, stretching and mobility sessions, all designed with lived experience at the centre. These workouts are created for real bodies and real nervous systems, including those living with disability, chronic pain, limited leg function, spinal sensitivity, injury history or trauma recovery.
Sessions are adaptable, bench and floor based where needed, with seated and supported options throughout. The focus is on building strength, confidence and consistency without punishment, pressure or burnout.
This is not about pushing through pain or chasing exhaustion.
It is about learning how to work with your body, not against it.
Movement here is used as a tool for regulation as well as fitness. Some days that looks like strength. Some days it looks like cardio or boxfit. Other days it looks like stretching, slowing down and reconnecting with your body.
You are encouraged to adapt, pause, rest and choose what feels right for you. Progress is measured in trust, capacity and sustainability, not performance.
New sessions will be added regularly, alongside guidance on pacing, adaptation and listening to your body.

February Feel Good Warrior Workout
28 Day Inclusive Movement Challenge
The February Warrior Workout is a 28 day inclusive movement challenge designed to support consistency, confidence, and connection through daily movement.
The challenge follows a simple 7 day structure which is repeated across four weeks. Each day features a guided workout, with both adaptive fully seated options and non adaptive standing options shared side by side. This allows everyone to take part in a way that works for their body, energy levels, and access needs.
There is no expectation to complete every workout perfectly. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, take rest when needed, and adapt movements freely. Some days will feel strong, others will feel slower. All of it counts.
Days 1 to 6 focus on strength, cardio, and core work. Day 7 is dedicated to reset and active recovery, offering space for gentle movement, mobility, or rest. This weekly structure is repeated throughout February, creating a sustainable rhythm that prioritises consistency over intensity.
This challenge is about showing up, building trust in your body, and moving in a way that feels supportive rather than punishing. Whether you are seated, standing, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here.
