Adaptive Sport and Life Skills for Disabled and Neurodivergent Communities
Kronik Warrior UK CIC creates accessible fitness, food and wellbeing programmes for disabled people, those living with long-term health conditions, children and young people with SEND, and anyone who faces barriers to taking part.
Our sessions are welcoming, adaptable and built around the people in the room.
Kronik Warriors is a community-led organisation using adaptive movement, boxing-based fitness, practical food activities and creative wellbeing programmes to help people move, connect and build confidence.
We understand that traditional exercise and wellbeing provision doesn’t work for everyone. That’s why our sessions can be adapted around different mobility, communication, sensory and energy needs.
There’s no pressure to keep up, perform or fit into a set way of doing things. People are supported to participate in the way that works for them.
Accessible boxing-based movement, cardio, strength and mobility sessions with seated and standing options.

Inclusive movement, food and wellbeing programmes designed to support confidence, communication, independence and healthy routines.

Relaxed group sessions combining movement with practical activities such as food craft, growing and creativity.
Our programmes create opportunities for people to learn new skills, form connections and feel part of their community.
Our free Kronik-Fit! classes bring adaptive Box-Fit directly into people’s homes.
Participants can join live through Zoom and follow the exercises seated or standing, with plenty of options to adapt each movement.
