We are a Community Interest Company, focusing on Adaptive Boxing, Wellbeing and Nutrition.
To date, Kronik Warrior Adaptive Boxing Academy is the ONLY fully Affiliated England Boxing Club, exclusively for Adaptive Boxing in the United Kingdom. At our Gym in Astley, Manchester, we deliver a pioneering inclusion boxing program, which can be adapted to suit each participant, ensuring that all safety measures are adhered to, and that reflect the varying disabilities of our members. Our diverse team have experience in both participating and delivering inclusion sport. This program can currently be accessed at one of our Academy Hubs based in Rotherham and Manchester, or alternatively online, allowing participation from much further afield.
The non-contact adaptive and fitness classes are designed to incorporate functional fitness, strength and body conditioning, paying particular attention to the transfer of adaptive boxing skills to increase fitness of co-ordination, core stability, and overall upper body strength.
We offer Educational Nutrition Sessions, and they have been developed to be an interesting and engaging introduction to Healthy Eating (as per the Governments "Eat Well" guidelines)
The classes are available as part of our Schools Program, which can be delivered both as part of the curriculum, or for an after-school activity.
If you or someone you support would like to register for any of our classes or courses, or would just like to learn more about us, please message us via our contact page.
NB We currently cover an area within a 60 mile radius of Rotherham, but happy to consider attending further if required, terms and conditions would apply.

Have I got what it takes?
In short YES!
Our online adaptive (wheelchair) boxing classes are suitable for EVERYONE!!!
Our Adaptive Boxing classes are not only an effective workout for the body, but exhilarating for the mind also. Whether you're a full/part time wheelchair user, walk unaided but have back pain, sciatica or other chronic pains, you can be a warrior too!
All of the exercises can be done from a seated position and can be adapted to suit varying abilities and fitness levels.
All you need to take part is a chair or wheelchair, a pair of small dumbbells or something similar (tins of beans, bottles of water) a device that connects you to the internet, and most importantly your smiley self!
Is it run by a qualified coach?
YES our Head Warrior. All our adaptive boxing classes will be coached by Luiz Faye, who is an England Boxing Coach, specialising in Adaptive Boxing. She has also consulted and advised in the development of this new, innovative version of the traditional sport with national governing bodies, including World Boxing Council, Great Britain Disability Boxing, Welsh Amateur Boxing.
