Coaching that meets you where you are

Traditional fitness spaces and standard exercise programmes don’t work for everybody.

You may be disabled, living with a long-term health condition, managing pain or fatigue, adapting to changes in your mobility, or returning to exercise after time away.

You may simply want focused support from someone who understands that bodies, health, and energy don’t always behave predictably.  You don’t need to become fitter before you begin. You don’t need to move in a particular way, and you won’t be expected to push through pain or ignore what your body is telling you.

We’ll work from your real starting point.  What can we work on?

Adaptive boxing coaching: Learn and develop boxing technique in a way that works specifically for your body. Sessions can be completed seated or standing and adapted around your movement, balance, mobility, and energy.

Personalized fitness sessions: Build strength, fitness, and control through exercises selected for you rather than trying to fit into a standard programme.

Returning to movement: If illness, injury, pain, or a change in health has affected your relationship with exercise, we can take a considered approach to rebuilding confidence and routine.

Confidence and consistency: Movement isn’t only physical. We can work on feeling more comfortable using your body, understanding what works for you, and creating a routine that feels realistic enough to maintain.

What sessions are really like:

Each session lasts one hour and takes place online. I’ll watch how you move, listen to how your body responds, and adjust the session as we go. Some weeks you may feel ready to work hard. Other weeks we may need to adapt the pace, change the plan, or focus on something different. That isn’t failure; it’s part of coaching a real person rather than following a generic programme. Your sessions may include boxing technique, strength work, fitness, mobility, coordination, or a combination of these. We’ll decide together what is useful for you.

About Luiz: Luiz Faye is the founder of Kronik Warrior UK CIC and has delivered adaptive boxing and fitness coaching for many years. She is an experienced adaptive coach, wheelchair user, and adaptive athlete whose work has helped challenge traditional ideas about who boxing and fitness are for.

Her understanding comes from professional coaching experience as well as living with disability, chronic pain, and changing health herself. Luiz’s approach is warm, direct, and highly individual. She doesn’t believe in forcing people into standard programmes or treating pain and fatigue as weaknesses to be ignored.

The aim is high-quality coaching that helps you build strength, skill, and confidence in a way that is safe, realistic, and genuinely useful in your life.

How it works:

1. Start with a conversation: Email Luiz to arrange an introductory call. You’ll talk about what you’d like help with, your current relationship with movement, and anything important she should understand about your health or mobility.

2. Agree your approach: If the coaching feels right for both of you, you’ll agree on a regular weekly session and decide whether you’d prefer an individual session or a block of ten.

3. Train online: Sessions take place by video call and last one hour. Each session is adapted around your goals, progress, and how you are on the day.

4. Review as you go: Your coaching will continue to evolve rather than following a fixed programme. Progress, challenges, and changing needs can be discussed throughout.

Pricing:

Individual session: £35 for one hour.

Introductory block: £300 for your first ten weekly sessions.

Continuing blocks: £320 for each further block of ten weekly sessions.

The introductory block provides enough time to understand how your body responds, establish a rhythm, and begin developing an approach that genuinely works for you.

Current availability: A small number of weekly one-to-one coaching places are currently available. Places are intentionally limited so that every client receives thoughtful, individual support and enough attention between sessions. If the current spaces are filled, you can ask to join the waiting list.

Start the conversation: If you’re wondering whether the coaching could work for you, send Luiz an email and tell her a little about what you’re looking for.

There’s no expectation that you arrive with a perfect goal or know exactly what kind of support you need. That’s something you can explore together.

Online coaching, including adaptive boxing coaching and inclusive coaching programs, is not a medical, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation service. If you are returning after an injury or illness, or have concerns about exercising with a health condition, you may be asked to seek appropriate medical guidance before beginning personalized fitness sessions.
